摘要: PURPOSE The aim of this study was to evaluate whether there is a correlation between peripheral blood expression angiogenic transcriptional factors/receptors and colorectal cancer (CRC). METHODS Eighty six samples collected from patients with CRC (N=42), adenomas and/or hyperplastic polyps(AP, N=30) individuals without colon pathology (control group/CTR, N=14) were used for study. Twelve transcription factors receptors assessed by qRT-PCR in case-control molecules minimum 30% differences gene AP compared CTR then analyzed separately each sample. Gene evaluated relatively the after normalization large ribosomal protein PO (RPLPO) housekeeping gene, differential studied groups ANOVA. RESULTS Seven out 12 genes presented 10-29% CTR. Considering selection criteria, we further individually levels 5 that had Our data showed significant up-regulation platelet derived growth factor (PDGF) C (p=0.007). Likewise, clusterin (CLU) significantly up-regulated both healthy subjects (p=0.01). For VEGFR1, PDGFRA TGFB1 didn't find any groups, even if increased observed vs CONCLUSIONS results our indicated level PDGFC mRNA associated presence Additionally, high circulating CLU malignant benign pathologies.
