Heat capacity of Ag6Ge10p12 from 180 to 550 K

摘要: The molar heat capacity at constant pressure of Ag6Ge10P12 is measured in the temperature range from 180 to 550 K and standard enthalpies entropies relative 298.15 are calculated on basis these data. From a comparison variation apparent Debye temperatures CuGe2P3 it concluded that lattice anharmonicity more pronounced than CuGe2P3. Die molare Warmekapazitat bei konstantem Druck wurde fur im Temperaturbereich von bis gemessen und daraus die molaren Standardenthalpien Standardentropien relativ zu berechnet. Aus einem Vergleich der Temperaturabhangigkeit scheinbaren Debye-Temperaturen wird geschlossen, das Gitteranharmonizitat starker ausgepragt ist als CuGe2P3.
