摘要: This project focused on the development and testing of a non-intrusive “bolt-on” solution called Building Level Energy Management System (BLEMS) which reduces day-to-day electric energy consumption by at least 20% while maintaining or improving occupant comfort. BLEMS learns occupants’ usage behavior, comfort preferences, as well building system behavior uses this information to reduce related greenhouse gas emissions, simultaneously meeting needs (i.e., goals, demand response levels, etc.). In BLEMS, humans systems devices interact ubiquitously in real time through an integrated sensor control for reduced electricity consumption. The enables bidirectional communication between occupants, obtains input level operates based measured response, feedback, predicted occupancy. Although designed be used any building, we commercial buildings they are major consumer HVAC power.
