摘要: Background This systematic review and meta-analysis describes consolidates findings from all studies that assessed the effectiveness of live-attenuated influenza vaccine (LAIV) against laboratory-confirmed since 2009 pandemic in children young adults. Methods A MEDLINE search was conducted for articles published January 1, 2010 to November 30, 2016. All original publications reporting an estimate LAIV cases confirmed by reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction or culture were retained analysis. Effectiveness estimates categorized formulation (monovalent, trivalent, quadrivalent) strain (any strain, A(H1N1)pdm09, A(H3N2), B strains). Consolidated obtained with a random-effects model. Results total 24 presenting 29 observational meta-analysis. Live-attenuated not shown be effective A(H1N1)pdm09 strains as monovalent 2009-2010 trivalent 2010-2011 2013-2014, but consolidated sample sizes small. It quadrivalent less than inactivated (IIV). consistently matched A(H3N2) provide significant protection mismatched 2014-2015. Conclusions These confirm has been lower IIV. investigation initiated determine root cause difference between pre- postpandemic A(H1N1) identify more strain.
