摘要: Abstract Lint-microfibers (LMs) generated during clothes drying are classified as primary microplastics and consist mainly of cotton, polyester lignin. This research aims to convert LMFs into energy products using a pyrolysis treatment. The experiments were performed pilot plant. SEM-EDS was used observe the morphology elemental composition feedstock obtained biochar, while digital unit Instantaneous Gas analyzer chromatography (GC) concentration O2, N2, CO2, CO, H2, CH4 gases whole conversion process. Finally, simple mathematical model developed evaluate economic environmental performance suggested strategy based on by one million persons. Based results yield process, around 45 tons persons annually this amount is enough produce 13.8 oil (~31%), 21.5 gas (47.7%), 9.7 ton char (21.6%) with estimated profitability 120,400$ reduction in carbon footprint at −42,039,000 kg CO2-eq/t LMFs.
