摘要: We describe a method of fabricating ferroelectric beta-type poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) thin films on Au substrate by the humidity controlled spin casting combined with rapid thermal treatment. Our produces uniform PVDF film ordered beta crystals consisting characteristic needlelike microdomains. A capacitor 160nm thick exhibits remanent polarization and coercive voltage ∼7.0μC∕cm2 8V, respectively, temperature stability up to 160°C. field effect transistor also shows drain current bistablility 100 at zero gate ±20V sweep.
