摘要: The main purpose of this paper is to examine the interrelationships among productivity, real wages and inflation in Turkish manufacturing industry for period 1988:1 2012:2. To that end, employs both cointegration analysis a Granger causality test. This finds has greater effect on labour productivity than do wages. Furthermore, test shows there strong feedback between inflation, suggesting policy makers targeting should follow productivity. suggests no causal link running from industry. absence largely due lower bargaining power structural problems, including high unemployment, huge tax burden large share informal sector.
