摘要: Cockroaches are a group of insects that evolved early in geological time. Because their antiquity, they for the most part display generalized behavior and physiology accordingly have frequently been used as model to examine physiological biochemical mechanisms involved with water balance, nutrition, reproduction, genetics, insecticide resistance. As result, considerable amount information on these topics is available. However, there much more be learned by employing new protocols, microchemical analytical techniques, molecular biology tools explore many unanswered questions.
