摘要: Bees are considered one of the most efficient pollinators. Therefore, they have indisputable role in plants reproduction, since increase quality and quantity fruit seeds, thus help ecosystems maintenance. Cerrado is affected due to growth human activities, drastically reducing its biodiversity. The faunistic analysis identifies species size populations, can also indicate degree environmental impact on a particular area. Surveys flower-visiting hymenoptera “cerradao” area, with 40ha, Experimental Station Itiparina (SP), were conducted every fifteen days from March 2003 February 2004. From 181 insects collected, Apidae family was represented by largest number individuals. Apis mellifera (55.8%), Trigona spinipes (14.4%) Exomalopsis (Exomalopsis) sp. (8.3%) prevalent Among bees 30.8% classified as sociable 69.2% solitary. Considering all 59.7% preferred morning period 40.3% afternoon for foraging and/or visiting. Diversity index (Shannon-Wiener) H 1.6933, V(H) = 0.0123 Uniformity E 0.5652, following pattern found other areas cerrado.
