摘要: Abstract Activity of the paraspinals, abdominals, and hip extensor muscles, heart rate, skin conductance were measured in 13 chronic low back pain patients (CLBP) controls during static Postures psychological stress. After 10 min baseline-rest, a subject was tested standing, 45 bend, maximum posterior anterior pelvic tilts, sitting, supine with kness up, followed by mental arithmetic cold pressor. The postures grouped into supported, balanced, unbalanced categories. Multivariate analyses variance revealed differences due to posture categories, but not group membership. It concluded that while work is needed understand normal muscle function common movements, there no compelling evidence functioning CLBP differs significantly from control subjects.
