摘要: PURPOSETo determine the specificity and prognostic significance of computed tomography (CT) chest in pediatric Wilms' tumor.PATIENTS AND METHODSPatients treated for newly diagnosed tumor at St Jude Children's Research Hospital between December 1978 July 1995 were included study if an initial radiograph CT available pulmonary involvement (determined by radiographs) was absent. For 202 patients studied, radiographs scans reviewed blindly independently three experienced radiologists presence nodules.
