摘要: Abstract The effects of the addition Cr 2 O 3 on piezoelectric properties and microstructure were investigated for PbZr x Ti y (Mg 1/3 Nb 2/3 ) 1− − (PZTMN) system. results showed that was effective in increasing K p Q m , which indicated Cr-doped PZTMN ceramics possessed, simultaneously, ‘soft’ ‘hard’ piezoelectrics. Furthermore, found to become with an increase sintering temperature even same compositions. Electron spin resonance (ESR) analysis ion coexisted both 3+ 5+ valence change from or 6+ happened when increased. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) that, content, normal stripe-like domain changed a wavy structure due wall pinning by defect complexes acceptor impurities oxygen vacancies.
