摘要: Lycium barbarum polysaccharides (LBP) have been reported to a wide range of beneficial effects including neuroprotection, anti-aging and anticancer. However, the anti-inflammation mechanism LBP on primary cultured rat hippocampal neurons injured by oxygen-glucose deprivation/reperfusion (OGD/RP) is incompletely understood. We investigate neuroprotective neonatal OGD/RP with different approaches: MTT assay was used detect cell viability, lactate dehydrogenase leakage neuronal damage, formation reactive oxygen species determined using fluorescent probe DCFH-DA. Hoechst 33,342 staining TUNEL were determine apoptosis. JC-1 evaluate loss mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP). The fluorescence intensity [Ca2+]i in laser scanning confocal microscopy. expression various apoptotic markers such as TLR4, IκB, IL-6 NF-κB investigated RT-PCR western blot analysis. Results from each approach demonstrated that increased abilities decreased morphologic impairment. Furthermore, MMP but inhibited elevation significantly suppressed overexpression NF-κB, TLR4 IκB expression.
