摘要: Decisions regarding insurance depend crucially on the extent to which individuals are willing bear risk. Farmer’s decision of whether or not participate in is likely be influenced by comparison expected net gain (or loss) with without insurance. The attitudes farmers risk were assessed using Likert scale. results show that aware benefits agricultural and positively disposed it. However, majority against as a prerequisite for extension credit lines. This study uses Safety First principle investigate impact attitude farmers.The result overall mean 2.47 implying intermediate takers. coefficient showed 20.6 percent low risk-averse, 40.2 risk-takers 39.2 high risk-aversion. influence socio-economic factors revealed age, education, experience stock size significant positive determinants attitude.
