摘要: When nurses practise recovery-focused care, they contribute positively to the consumer's mental health recovery journey and empower person be actively engaged in management of their illness. While using care is endorsed policy, many professionals remain uncertain about its application with consumers who have a risk for aggression during admission an acute inpatient setting. This paper reports on Australian research Q-methodology that examined knowledge skill components use reduce aggression. The data from forty revealed five factors when implemented as part routine practice improved outcomes settings. These were follows: (I) acknowledge consumers' experience hospitalization; (II) reassure are going through difficult time; (III) interact explore impact negative lived experiences; (IV) support co-production triggers aggression; (V) encourage take ownership journey. findings provide pragmatic approach personal recovery.
