Synthesis and electrochemical properties of graphene oxide/nanosulfur/polypyrrole ternary nanocomposite hydrogel for supercapacitors

摘要: A method for synthesizing Graphene oxide (GO)/nano-sulfur/polypyrrole (PPy) ternary nanocomposite hydrogel is depicted. The higher surface area of GO, PPy porous structure and their excellent conductivity are utilized, the GO can be made easily. products characterized by field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectra, electrochemical workstation. results demonstrated that GO/nano-S/PPy successfully synthesized. properties investigated cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge/discharge measurements, cycling life in a three-electrode system 1M Li2SO4 electrolyte solution. exhibit high specific capacitance 892.5 F g−1 at scan rates 5 mV s−1 retain about 81.2% (594.8 g−1) initial (732.5 after 500 cycles current density 1 g−1. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
