摘要: We have isolated a number of cDNAs derived from human mRNAs that are able to substitute for G1 cyclin genes in S. cerevisiae. Several these encode cyclins A, B1, and B2. Three novel been identified, which we call C, D, E. The proteins sufficiently distantly related the other members family each as constitute three new classes cyclins. Cyclin C E accumulate periodically through cell cycle, peaking at different times G1.
