摘要: We evaluated the antithrombotic effects of DX-9065a, a specific factor Xa inhibitor, using tissue thromboplastin-induced DIC (TP-DIC) and arterio-venous shunt (AV shunt) in rats. Intravenous TP injection reduced platelet counts fibrinogen concentrations blood. In TP-DIC model, an intravenous dose DX-9065a 0.23 mg/kg 1 min before suppressed consumption platelets to 57% 66%, respectively, production FDP almost completely. AV inhibited thrombus formation 51% on administration 60% when given orally at 23.3 mg/kg. 2.33 did not affect bleeding time. These results suggest that inhibition may be appropriate approach for suppressing thrombosis without impairing haemostasis.
