摘要: Abstract As a result of the dam failure January 30, 2000 in Rumania, water and huge amount sediment contaminated with cyanide later heavy metals entered Tisza river system. In order to determine chronic consequences contamination, periphyton samples were collected from River her tributaries over next 2 years. After flooding periods, deposited foreshore was also sampled. Applying ICP-AES analysis method, amounts major measured, related concentration factors calculated. Attempts made find correlation toxicity data. Ecotoxicological analyses performed on using following test techniques: Daphnia test, static fish alga (chlorophyll content measurements), seedling (Sinapis) Lemna (increase mass measurements chlorophyll concentration). Examinations effects can be regarded as an important factor assessing ecological–conservational disasters carrying out biomonitoring activities future.
