摘要: Noncompaction of the ventricular myocardium is a rare cardiomyopathy characterized by pattern prominent trabecular meshwork and deep intertrabecular recesses. The prevalence left noncompaction 0.01% in adults 0.14% pediatric patients. Although usual site involvement ventricle, right ventricle septum can be affected as well. Previously, has been described only few cases newborns with congenital heart defects adult This report presents newborn isolated noncompaction. To authors' knowledge, this first patient but no defect involving ventricle.
