摘要: Background Q fever is a zoonotic disease caused by Coxiella burnetii, an uncommon intracellular bacterium found in livestock and domesticated dogs cats. A minority of patients who acquire acute Q will subsequently develop chronic endocarditis, which often manifests valvular insufficiency. Method We review recent literature report the clinical presentation, treatment, serology three surgical with fever.
