摘要: The dimensional resonance of helicon waves in thallium has been studied at 1.3 K the magnetic field H applied along [0001]. From data fundamental carrier concentration is determined as 2.0 ×10 22 cm -3 , which good agreement with value obtained from a dc measurement Hall effect. Considering Fermi surface (FS) model Holtham and Priestley, it follows that major hole for //[0001], fact also confirmed by measurement. analysis half-value widths peaks reveals magnetoresistivity saturates higher region. This consistent FS demonstrating absence an open orbit just //[0001].
