摘要: Due to the gap in suicide-specific intervention training for mental health students and professionals, e-learning is one solution improving provider skills Veterans Affairs (VA) system. This study focused on development evaluation of an equivalent alternative Collaborative Assessment Management Suicidality (CAMS) in-person approach at a Veteran Health medical center. The used multicenter, randomized, cluster, three group design. e-CAMS was iterative process included pilot testing. Eligible consenting providers, who completed CAMS pre-survey, were randomized. Provider satisfaction assessed using standard VA consisting 20 items. Two post focus groups, divided by learning conditions, conducted assess practice adoption protocol experiences with delivery CAMS. A total 215 providers five sites randomized conditions: 69 e-learning, 70 in-person, 76 control. primarily female, Caucasian, midlife providers. Based frequency scores items, both groups rated trainings positively.
