摘要: Abstract Natural dyes owing to their ecofriendly and high biocompatibility make way for wide spread use in textile industries. However, the process requires lot of dyeing auxiliaries (acid, alkali, metal ions, etc) which remain unexhausted during are discharged as wastewaters representing a dramatic ecological concern. So, present research work deals with an environmentally benign cleaner production procedure re-using C. camphora natural dye generated wastewater over again simultaneous coloration development UV protective antioxidant wool fabric. Dyed fabric samples were characterized terms CIEL*a*b* K/S values. Wash fastness characteristics investigated according ISO standards. Use Fe2+ mordant increases color dyed its strong coordinating interactions molecules compared other mordants such Al3+, Sn2+, etc. The same dyebath 5 successive times was done systematic via exhaustion method functionalized fabrics by SEM, FT-IR, EDX techniques. pH, conductivity, COD values recorded after every cycle. Using lead considerable reduction conductivity values, hence decreases effluent level wastewater. In addition, achieved excellent protection properties good wash could be developed clothing near future.
