摘要: Four-hundred forty patients underwent staged bilateral total knee arthroplasty using a different prosthesis on each side. Prostheses used were anterior-posterior cruciate-retaining (ACL-PCL), posterior (PCL), Medial Pivot (MP), cruciate-substituting (PS), and mobile bearing (MB). At the 2-year evaluation, we asked "Which is your better overall?" Responses as follows: 89.1% preferred ACL-PCL to PS 76.2% MP PS. The equally. was over PCL by 76.0%, 61.4% MB. Range of motion, pain relief, alignment, stability did not vary significantly used. Patients with arthroplasties retention both cruciates use or substituting an prosthesis.
