摘要: Der adaquate Stellenwert der Induktionschemotherapie in Behandlung groser und aggressiver Sarkome bleibt umstritten [1–3]. Fruhe Studien, bei denen intraarterielle Infusionschemotherapien als Induktionsbehandlung dauerhaft fur bis zu 5 oder 6 Wochen verabreicht wurden, zeigten sehr vielversprechende Ergebnisse. Die Resultate waren sowohl Weichteilsarkome auch Osteosarkome ermutigend [4–21].
