摘要: Given the central role of T lymphocytes in directing both adaptive and non-adaptive branches immune system, behavior must be tightly controlled order to respond properly infections without initiating autoimmune disorders. Consequently, at all stages development, intrinsic information is integrated with complex environmental cues guide maturation, activation subsequent differentiation lymphocytes.
