摘要: Paramecium is a single cell able to divide in its morphologically differentiated stage that has many cilia anchored at surface. Many thousands of are thus assembled short period time during division duplicate the pattern while continues swimming. Most, but not all, these sensory motile and involved two main functions: prey capture locomotion. These display heterogeneity, both their length biochemical properties. Thanks properties, as well availability postgenomic tools possibility follow regrowth after deciliation, offers nice opportunity study assembly cilia, genesis diversity within cell. In this paper, brief survey morphology we describe protocols currently used for immunofluorescence, transmission electron microscopy, ultrastructural immunocytochemistry analyze with special recommendations overcome problem raised by cilium diversity.
