摘要: Abstract Water supply systems have led to the related effects on goals of nation energy consumption, environmental protection and economic development due their use, pollutants discharge cost. This work put forward a set indicator system methods, based energy, current, mass emergy, describe complicated interactions between water systems, development, consumption impact. As case, proposed indicators methods were used explore China's tap (TWSS) national economy, environment from 2000 2013, so as discover some underlying obstacles hindering sustainable TWSS. The study results show that (1) per capita use declines by 28.11% 102.17 t/person in 73.45 2013; (2) contribution TWSS economy decreases annual decline rates 5.37% 3.66% respectively; (3) total pollution this ascends an growth rate 1.06%, which 97.44% comes sludge terms mass; therein, COD rises 2.57% while falls decrease 9.26%; generally impact intensity 0.17%; (4) average leakage 16.49% leads lot waste. Therefore, government will still face two serious challenges derived rising demand increasing with its society economy. After discussing issues, gives corresponding policy suggestions.
