摘要: In this paper, we present an analysis of the ongoing maintenance and enhancement web based information systems (web IS). Our goals are to extend recent theorizing about (IS) enhancement, offer a context-rich theoretical characterization IS developed from field data. To achieve these goals, introduce, describe, apply that examines post implementation activity blurs traditional development (ISD) boundaries between maintenance. We then four case sites. subsequent discussion allows us both on our data management.
