摘要: In this chapter, we have reviewed imaging work on human eyeblink conditioning to show the correspondence with animal studies and emphasize distributed nature of brain functions related learning. The focus much research has been identification critical sites for learned behaviors. These provided valuable clues functional organization behavior. Imaging work, methods that monitor activity such as electrophysiology, capacity extend lesion by examining how these interact in course normal function. Many contemporary theories emphasized function emerges from interactions specialized regions (Friston, 1997; Mesulam, 1990; Tononi et al., 1992). No single method, however, is optimal a complete investigation richness complexity nervous system demands different approaches be regarded complementary rather than contradictory.
