摘要: Cognitive fit theory suggests that individuals’ goal achievement is enhanced when their cognitive style fits the information processing requirements of task environment. We report novel empirical evidence in favour this claim from context Australian small manufacturing firms. In general, our findings shed new light on micro-foundation firm performance and advance understanding mechanisms involved behavior strategic leaders. Drawing these results, several theoretical managerial implications will be presented which contribute to practice entrepreneurial performance. also illustrate few directions for future research.
