摘要: Biospeckle analysis has been used as a tool to analyse biological activity with successful results in areas such fruits, seeds and animal reproduction. These use well-known image methodology treat the data second order statistical approach. Further development of this technology requires new approaches process get more information, make robust reliable. This paper presents analysing biospeckle using wavelet transformations, coefficient filtering reconstruction, novel approach increase information obtained. The were from two distinct investigations, crop sperm, showed that transform was able identify effect dilution sperm sample, allowing isolation nuisance covariates. reliability allows powerful understand influences on patterns data, even complex materials like those observed seeds.
