摘要: Silane gas has been injected through a hole in the surface of test limiters during ohmically heated tokamak discharges TEXTOR-94. The injection led to deposition thin layer around which was close area highest heat load. eroded without silane and spectroscopic measurements prove that erosion limiter material is reduced areas where deposited. Surface analyses reveal formed not only by silicon but also large amount carbon must originate from other plasma-facing components. preferential direction (symmetry line) pattern tilted relative magnetic field lines. Calculations with Monte Carlo code ERO-TEXTOR were used interpret data. shape Si-deposition can be recovered quantitatively including an drift radial electric originating gradient electron temperature profile above surface. allows `imaging' complex plasma flow To obtain agreement between calculated experimentally observed efficiencies sticking coefficient much smaller than 1 influence parallel B have considered.
