Crystal structure and phase relations of Pr2Fe14B-La2Fe14B system

摘要: Abstract The crystal structure and phase relations of the Pr 2 Fe 14 B-La B system were investigated by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) electron microscopy (SEM) equipped with energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). parameters determined full-profile Rietveld refinements. results revealed that all alloys (Pr 1– x La ) crystallized Nd B-type space group P 4 / mnm formed a continuous solid solutions between =0.0 1.0. lattice parameter a, c , unit-cell volume V c/a ratio increased linearly concentration. Determined thermogravimetry analysis, Curie temperature ( T C ), transition melting decreased upon content. Based on DSC measurements examinations, diagram was built up.
