摘要: Autoimmune diseases are characterized by the abnormal immune response against self-tissue, which caused failure of nature homeostasis. Nature homeostasis represents normal state appropriate to nonself-antigen and unresponsiveness self-antigens. In situation, is regulated immunosuppressive signal immunostimulating together. Accumulating data have demonstrated that adenosinergic pathway played key roles in suppression shield body from an excessive inflammatory response. The deficiency results imbalance between pro- anti-inflammatory activities. Thus, researchers pay much attention role autoimmune development. To date, accumulating suggested important pathway-related molecules (i.e., CD39, CD73, ADA, adenosine receptors, etc.) many types human diseases. More importantly, these findings presented potential value analysis be used for diagnosis, monitoring treatment. this review, we will provide a comprehensive description
