摘要: Crohn's disease can involve any portion of the digestive tract, but isolated gastric is a rare entity. In few previously reported cases, inflammatory disorder has involved only stomach. Herein we describe patient with diffuse involvement entire stomach and an associated gastrosplenic fistula no evidence elsewhere in gastrointestinal tract. Usually, will have clinical symptoms nausea, vomiting, epigastric pain radiographic small contracted (or, occasionally, huge dilated stomach). Because condition may suggest presence malignant lesion biopsy specimens often reveal nonspecific inflammation, surgical resection usually necessary for diagnosis
