摘要: In this article we develop further the physical characteristics of junction barrier pyroelectricity, possibility existence such phenomenon suggested in a recent report. The inherent electrical field p-n creates polar axis solid. corresponding dipole moment, originating region, is varying strongly with temperature, mainly via temperature dependence dielectric constant, giving rise to pyroelectric effect. A comparative study quantum paraelectrics PbTe and SrTiO 3 , has been carried out. detailed calculation internal resistance an in-depth theoretical analysis electrocaloric effect, are presented.
