摘要: Six different isolates of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum were isolated from vegetable host crops namely brinjal, cauliflower, French bean, and pea on potato dextrose agar. These subjected for morphological characterization, cross infectivity/pathogenicity test chemo-sensitivity towards bioagent new molecules fungicides. On the basis characteristics viz., colony colour texture, tested categorized into two groups. Cross infectivity/pathogenicitytest wereperformedon dolichos bean using leaf detachment technique. Results infectivity revealed non-host specificity pathogen. As regards to these with tebuconazole 250 EC, azoxystrobin 23 SC, fluopyram 17.7+ 17.7 Fluopicolide 6.25%+Propamocarb Hydrochloride 62.5% SC at concentration 250, 500, 1000 1500 ppm, combination fungicide was found most effective ppm against S. sclerotiorum. In case in vitro evaluation bioagent, Trichoderma asperellum isolates, highest mycelialgrowth inhibition (50.46%)againstpeaisolate(PSS1) lowest (26.15%) isolate (BSS-1) observed. chemo sensitivity pathogen clearly indicate emergence this as broad spectrum covering wide range.
