摘要: Background: Gait disorders represent one of the most disabling features Parkinson’s disease, which may benefit from rehabilitation. No consistent evidence exists about gait biomechanical factors can be modified by rehabilitation and clinical characteristic predict rehabilitation-induced improvements. Objectives: The aims study were as follows: i) to recognize parameters modifiable a short-term program; ii) evaluate that normalize after rehabilitation; iii) identify variables predicting improvements in function Methods: Thirty-six patients affected idiopathic disease Hoehn-Yahr stage 1-3 22 healthy controls included study. Both instrumental (gait analysis) evaluations performed before 10-week treatment. Time-distance parameters, lower limb joint, trunk kinematics measured. Results: At baseline evaluation with matched speed, almost all significantly different between controls. After rehabilitation, improved, spatial asymmetry rotation normalized. Multiple linear regression gender combined Unified Disease Rating Scale-III predicted both ΔSpeed ΔStep length sides; Scale-II ΔCadence; age score duration Δtrunk range motion. Conclusions: Impaired are susceptible improvement younger men who less severely at early more program.
