摘要: As pointed out by Williams (1959), the reactions which most foreign compounds, including organohalogen are metabolized vertebrate animals can be classified according to two phases. Phase I includes those that either convert one functional group into another (as in oxidation of alcohol acetaldehyde and acetic acid) or introduce polar groups non-polar compounds hydroxylation aromatic reduction nitro hydrolysis esters). II conjugate with glucuronate, sulfate, glycine, glutamine, glutathione, methyl groups.
