In most cases morphology does not differ from general polyps, but some it morphologically mimic a malignant with submucosal due mass-like lesioning This makes difficult for endoscopists differentiate pseudoinvasion adenoma invasive carcinoma by conventional endoscopy; instead, endoscopic ultrasonography provide useful information differentiating these conditions. We report on 82-year-old man who presented large pedunculated thick stalk sigmoid colon, which mimicked carcinoma. The patient was diagnosed after segmental resection colon.
