摘要: A universal exponential function generator is introduced which implemented by low-voltage (/spl les/3 V) low-power CMOS widely-linear-input voltage-to-current converters. The Taylor's series expansion used for the approach. proposed circuit composed of a V-I squarer circuit, linear converter and constant current biasing to synthesize second-order, first-order zero-order terms in series. In 1.2 /spl mu/m n-well process, at entire voltage control range, dB-linear achieves 20 dB linearity error less than plusmn/0.5% within 12 dB. total power consumption below 0.9 mW with 3V supply voltage.
