摘要: The intrinsic viscosity and the dynamic mobility of four silica sols have been measured as a function ionic strength. It was found that decreased with increasing strength, which we attribute to primary electroviscous effect. geometry charge particles were fitted using experimental viscosity, light scattering, data, where at highest strength for given sol used input data in our analysis. Further, boundary element (BE) method calculate effect electrophoretic charged prolate ellipsoids. These calculations then compared subtracted from led slightly altered particles. This revised BE method, procedure repeated iteratively until agreement obtained high In general, good between theory experiment found.
