摘要: The European buildings occupy a key place among the major energy consumer sectors, with high savings potential. development of urban planning tools helpful to understand right policy strategies turning settled sustainable targets into real consumption is now challenge. Into this paper described methodology, for mid-long term scenarios analysis, able asses municipality by means simulation approach and geo-referenced characterization stock. A thermal model, based on data, has been used evaluate space heating demand; different opportunities have simulated. Moreover, from representation district network, through integrated procedure, it possible perform optimization network layout. case study application in Turin presented. Main results are evaluation consumptions, total costs interventions release suggestions. Thanks maps allowed put evidence criticalities effects thematic maps. methodology highlights advantages coupling geographical information system demand forecasting model build up tool aimed at supporting decision-making.
