摘要: The rate of coronary flow reaching the oxygen-linited heart appears to be crucial in determining myocardial tissue metabolic response. response anoxia, well studied hearts perfused with anoxic media, differs many important ways from ischemia. In regional ischemia (developing infarction) there is still a residual oxygen uptake which reduced approximately same extent as delivery O2; also decreased substrates and removal CO2, H+, lactate, increased concentrations these metabolites. Contents hexose monophosphates rise rather than fall anoxia. Measurements glycolytic intermediates show an initial burst accelerated flux lasting less 1 minute after artery ligation; thereafter rates decrease control values or even at 120 minutes. Relative inhibition phosphofructokinase (PFK) activity may explained by slow ATP developing intracellular acidosis. this model, glucose accounts for greater part oxidative metabolism does free fatty acid (FFA).
