摘要: We describe a case of life-threatening small bowel haemorrhage in 56 year old man, who was found to have partial midgut malrotation at laparotomy. An association between congenital and gastrointestinal has not previously been reported this age group. discuss the gut intestinal pathology principles management these patients.
