摘要: In this study, a novel method for fabricating high efficiency titanium dioxide photocatalyst is presented. Radio frequency (RF) magnetron sputtering was employed to grow 3D nano-structured Au thin films using the barrier-layer side of anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) as template. The template prepared by immersing an AAO film into 30?wt% phosphoric acid solution modify surface barrier layer in such manner that contrasting obtained. electrophoretic deposition then implemented uniformly deposit TiO2 nanoparticles on electrode. proposed photocatalyst, terms photolysis efficiency, measured proton-motive-force driving chloroplastmimic photovoltaics. Experiments were carried out demonstrate which showed 10-fold increase over Degussa P25 plane TiO2. photocurrent could be further enhanced sensitized dye, N3, extended absorption spectrum from UV range visible light range.
