摘要: This paper presents a theoretical study of the elastohydrostatic performance an orifice-compensated multirecess journal bearing. The finite element method has been used to solve Reynolds equation governing lubricant flow in clearance space hydrostatic bearing and three dimensional elasticity equations displacement field shell. Results have presented for wide range values deformation coefficient ([Cbar]d). An example is also given enhance understanding effects shell flexibility on characteristics.
