摘要: A number of photoelectric conversion elements are disposed in a plurality rows and columns pixel shift layout, an analog/digital unit is provided per two element to form MOS type solid-state image pickup device. It possible suppress increase the manufacture cost solid state devices with built-in A/D units improve integration degree elements.
